Levels

  • To increase Combat Bonuses (which affect Hero's combat parameters on the battlefield) Commanders can be leveled up.

  • Leveling up requires Commander XP, Cash and Oil.

  • Required resources are given as a reward for victories in Campaign and Navy Operations modes or can be generated on the Military Base.

  • Max Commander level is 320 which is not limited by tier or any other means.

  • To return all invested resources the player can reset the Commander using $GODL.
